摘要:
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has continued to lead the world in energy production (accounting for 19% of the global total in 2014) and consumption (accounting for 23% of the worldwide total),and has maintained its leading position in such clean energies as water power, wind power and solar power in terms of installed capacity and market consumption (in particular,China leads all other countries in the production of water power, which is a renewable energy).Evidently,China has gained powerful influence over the world's energy market, whether by production or consumption, and is expected to play an increasingly important role.At the same time,China is also the world's largest carbon-emission country and has assumed a common responsibility to deal with climate change.
