It is well known that since the disintegration of the former Soviet Union,Russia has suffered detrimentally as a result of strategic pressure from the United States and Europe.After over ten years of concession and silence,Russia with Putin as the core counterattacks,deploying stunning tactics one after the other.These not only set up ‘loss limits’,but also protected and won Russia's interests to the greatest extent,such that Russia not only won respect but also gained benefits.These stunning tactics are called ‘Russian Leverage’.
