摘要:
As a prototypical transparent conducting oxide (TCO),In2O3 after heavily doped with Sn exhibits a priority in optoelectronic applications involving organic light emitting diodes (OLED) and organic photovoltaics (OPVs) [1,2].Meanwhile,In2O3 itself manifests potential use in detection of active gases such as ozone and NO2 [3].In the last few years, the interest in the electrical conductivity of In2O3 has been rekindled not only because of the developments of their traditional applications in optoelectronics but also due to their possible applications in spintronics and photoelectrochemistry [4,5].
