摘要:
When type-Ⅱ superconductors are in external magnetic field, the magnetic flux would penetrate the superconductors in the form of flux vortex [1].If the superconductor is subjected to a local thermal disturbance, this may trigger a surge of flux vortices into the superconductor, which would lead to thermomagnetic instabilities, such as flux jump and flux avalanche [2].At a lower environment temperature,a flux avalanche is one of the key factors preventing widespread application of superconducting electronic devices [3].Bolz et al.[4] found that the propagation speed of a flux avalanche can reach hundreds of kilometers per second.Furthermore,a flux avalanche can cause a great jump of the magnetic field and temperature of a superconducting film [5],thus,the maximum temperature in the superconductors can easily exceed the critical temperature [6].
