1 Introduction Ubiquitin (Ub) is a ubiquitous regulatory protein that has conserved 76-amino-acid residues [1].Protein ubiquitination or less frequently called ubiquitylation is a reversible,extensive and versatile post-translational modification that is involved in virtually every cellular process,including proteasomal degradation,cell signaling,DNA damage response and autophagy [2-4].
