INTRODUCTION
The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats [CRISPR] loci and their associated [Cas] genes are found in many bacterial and archaeal genomes as adaptive defense systems against phage infection and plasmid transfer [Mohanraju et al.2016].In the CRISPR-Cas system,single or multiple Cas proteins were complexed with a small CRISPR RNA [crRNA],forming an RNA protein complex [RNP],which uses the crRNA as the guide to destruct the invading nucleic acids [Mohanraju et al.2016].
