摘要

In the current society with the continuous progress of social economy,people's attention to daily leisure and recreation is increasing.Leisure sports can not only meet people's needs to relieve work pressure,but also achieve the basic purpose of fitness.This leisure way has been widely concerned and recognized by people.At present,many colleges and universities in the country have been effectively carried out,and have also been loved and strongly supported by the vast number of College students.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of leisure sports and its functions and functions in the reform of physical education.It also discusses the main problems encountered in the current college sports reform,and believes that it should be based on the perspective of leisure sports.make changes.Increase publicity efforts,guide students to choose their own leisure sports programs;contact the actual scientific planning of the society and guide leisure sports programs to enhance students'social adaptability.
