摘要

In April 2019, the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing,marking the start of a new journey for joint construction of the Belt and Road with high quality.President Xi Jinping delivered keynote speech at the Forum, urging sticking to the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration, pursuing the concepts of openness, greenness and integrity, and striving to achieve high-standard, peopleoriented and sustainable development.During the Forum, relevant ministries and departments releasedor proposed the Debt Sustainability Framework for Participating Countries of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), Beijing Initiative for the Clean Silk Road and Cooperation Initiative on Silk Road of Innovation and Green Investment Principles.In view of this, the paper explains and analyzes the background, specific connotation and challenges of high-quality construction of the Belt and Road with joint efforts, in a bid to provide suggestions for Chinese enterprises to improve their positions and better fulfill their corporate social responsibilities (CSRs).
