摘要

As one of the strategic channels of natural gas import in China, the Eastern Line of Sino-RussianNatural Gas Pipeline (hereinafter referred to as the "Sino-Russian East Line") began construction in June 2015 after 20 years of negotiation.At the end of July 2019, the Chinese domestic section was successfully connected with the Russian "Power of Siberia" pipeline.The northern section is expected to be put into production in November 2019, and the wholeline is expected to be put into production in October 2023.The target markets of the Sino-Russian East Line are Northeast China, the Bohai Rim and the Yangtze River Delta.Due to the different degrees of economic development, resource endowment, industrial structure and regional location, the development of natural gas varies greatly, and the impact on different regions after the Sino-Russian East Line is put into production will be different.
