摘要:
DNA has long been proposed as a molecular-level data storage media with large storage capacity due to its precise sequence structure and modern sequencing techniques.Adenine and cytosine are arbitrarily denoted as the 0-bit,and guanine and thymine as the 1-bit.However,the environmental stability and compatibility of DNA limit its practical applications [1].Inspired by this, polymer scientists have started to utilize sequence-defined monodisperse synthetic polymers as data storage media, termed as informationcontaining polymers or digital polymers.
