The situation of oil-producing countries in the Middle East
Six OPEC members are in the Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Qatar and the United ArabEmirates, all in the Persian Gulf.In addition, Oman, Syria,Bahrain and Yemen produce oil and gas.In recent years,Israel has also become a natural gas producer.Only three countries in the Middle East, Lebanon, Palestine and Jordan, produce less oil and gas.As a result, 80% of the countries in the Middle East produce oil and gas,which is very rare in other parts of the world.
