Organic photovoltaics (OPV) can potentially combine low cost,lightness,flexibility and low environmental impact.Inless than two decades,the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of OPV cells has increased from 1 to more than 15% thanks to parallel efforts in material design and device technology.Solution processed bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cell based on interpenetrated networks of electron donor (D) and electron acceptor (A) materials is the most efficient and the most investigated prototype of OPV cells.
