摘要

The state has clearly put forward the development goal of people-oriented urbanization as the essential value in the National Plan on New Urbanization .The new urbanization puts forward new tasks and requirements for the urban comprehensive planning.Under the current background of new urbanization,the traditional urban comprehensive planning can no longer meet the needs of current development in terms of preparation methods and contents[1].By sorting out the problems that arise in the process of urbanization development in Anxi County,this paper proposed the overall plan for Anxi County,Quanzhou,Fujian from the aspects of urban overall development strategy,urban positioning,new urbanization strategy,city scale,industrial system,spatial structure,and transportation system,with a view to providing a reference for the future development of Anxi County against the background of new urbanization.
