摘要

Dear Editor,Wegener’s granulomatosis(WG)is a multisystem autoimmune disease characterized by granulomata of the respiratory tract and systemic necrotizing vasculitis(1)As the early clinical manifestations of WG are often atypical,it is difficult to diagnosis,and treatment often be delayed,WG has been traditionally resulted in a multiple organ dysfunction or death[2].
