摘要

In recent years,the special education of all countries in the Asia Pacific has developed greatly.Most of the countries are developing the relevant special education law and policy or plan,setting up special management and coordination mechanism,school education and teacher training for further development.The occupation technology education has attracted extensive at?tention,the integration of education and social cooperation is becoming more and more attention.In this paper,the similarities and differences on Legal policy and planning,Organization and institution building and education and training in the Asia Pacific Region,such as Indonesia,Japan,Korean and Singapore are compared and discussed.The questions and solutions are proposed to promote the development on the special education in the Asia Pacific Region.Strengthening international exchanges and draw?ing on advanced experience is the most important methods.
