摘要

Preposition,as indispensable part in English,is vital to English-to-Chinese translation due to its flexibility and polyse my.This research analyses translation skills or strategies of prepositions in Pride and Prejudice from the perspective of Skopostheo rie.Finally conclusion are drawn that translator should know about preposition feature and consider both the source text and target readers requirements for the better translation.
