摘要

After the outbreak of COVID-19,the issue of global governance of public health has attracted world attention.Facing this global challenge,the WHO appeals,"let’s help each other because we desperately need the help of each other."In the global fight against COVID-19,on one hand,large-scale intergovernmental assistance constructs the basic framework for the mansion of international cooperation against the epidemic.
