摘要

Dear Editor,We present the first reported case of unilateral optic disc swelling with subsequent persistent loss of vision triggered by ecstasy consumption in the case of a young man.Ecstasy is one of the most commonly consumed recreational drugs among young adults.Its main constituent and active substance is 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine(MDMA).
