摘要

With the support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of China,Prof.Chen XiaoYa (陈晓亚) at the CAS Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences/Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology,Chinese Academy of Sciences,together with colleagues in China and UK,identified a specialized detoxification enzyme,SPG,as an aromatase in producing plant secondary metabolites,which is also active in degrading mycotoxin.This finding was published in Nature Chemical Biology (2020,doi:10.1038/s41589-019-0446-8).
