摘要

Breast cancer is the most common type of female malignancy in the world.Triple-negative breast cancer refers to breast cancer in which the expressions of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 are all negative.It has the clinical characteristics of easy invasion,high recurrence rate and short survival time.At present,there is a lack of effective treatment in the clinic.Following surgical treatment,chemotherapy,endocrine therapy,and molecular targeted therapy,a new type of treatment,immunotherapy,is of great significance for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer.
