摘要

Type 2 diabetes (T2D) is usually accompanied with a number of complications including neuropathologic changes.Not only peripheral neuropathies are frequently accompanied with diabetes,but also the structural and functional integrity of brain could be impaired in diabetic patients [1].The risk of Parkinson's disease (PD) is seven folds higher in diabetic patients than in normal people [2].Clinical and epidemiological studies have also shown that T2D is significantly associated with PD [3].However,the underling molecular links between PD and diabetes are still unclear.
