Long non-coding RNAs (IncRNAs) are diverse and often do not have a clear connection to specific physiological processes.In a recent paper in Cell Research, Ma et al.show that a novel IncRNA called AtLAS can affect social behavior in mice through regulation of the AMPA-type glutamate receptors (AMPARs).
