摘要

With the support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the research team led by Prof.Sun DongMing (孙东明) at the Shenyang National Laboratory for Materials Science,Institute of Metal Research,Chinese Academy of Sciences,in collaboration with the scientists from Suzhou Institute of Nano Tech and Nano Bionics,Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jilin University,demonstrated the first carbon nanotube sensing-and-memory device,which was published in Advanced Materials (2020,1907288).
