摘要

At 13:40 Beijing time on September 21, a LM-4B carrier rocket lifted offfrom the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, and successfully launched the HY-2C satellite into orbit. HY-2C, the second ocean dynamic detection series satellite that was constructed under the National Civil Space Infrastructure Plan, was developed by the China Academy of Space Technology, CASC.It can provide all-weather and round-theclock observation of wave height, sea surface height, wind and temperature.
