摘要

With the support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS),the research team led by Prof.Wang JianLu (王建禄) at the State Key Laboratory of Infrared Physics,Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics,CAS and Prof.Zhou Peng (周鹏) at Fudan University,in collaboration with the research teams from Nanjing University,East China Normal University,Institute of Microelectronics CAS,and Fudan University,recently developed a programmable doping method in low-dimensional semiconductors by nonvolatile ferroelectric domains,which was published in Nature Electronics (2020,3(1):43-50).
