1 Industry review in the "13th five-year plan" In the "13th five-year plan" (2016-2020), oral care products industry in China adjusted the structure, promoted the upgrading, focused on research and development, increased varieties, expanded channels, and strengthened the brand, making progress in safe and green development, keeping the industry in steady and healthy development, in accordance with the relevant national deployment and the requirements of the Light Industry Development Plan, in view of the changing international political and economic situation and the development of domestic consumer market, focusing on the national demand and expectation of oral care products.
