摘要

In 2004,like most young people who just started working,Zeng Feipeng plunged into the work with immense zeal in the Refinery with serried refining towers.He threw himself into the plant and seized every opportunity to learn.Once he finished work,he would sit in front of the operating floor and look through operation interfaces,consult data analysis and memorise operating parameters.Apart from learning operations in the master control room,he also learned from his master at the site by asking a crop of questions.He wrote down the information on every tube,equipment,instrument and technological process in his notebook.It only took him three years to complete the study of all posts in his plant.Then he was appointed as the team leader.In the following years,his team was rated as a Star Team of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company.However,few people knew that he had memorised a pile of technical data that were as high as his body.
