摘要

Wang et al.in this journal argue that it may be time to abandon a classic idea about species, the biological species concept (BSC), given recent findings with genomic data on closely related taxa [1].Furthermore, theypropose a set of tests on geneticor genomic data that might lead to acceptance or rejection of the biological species concept.
