摘要

After the reorganization and separation in 2000, in order to meet the requirements of modem enterprise managementsystem and mechanism, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company has proposed three development tasks for itself:starting to build three basic management systems of enterprise which are internal control, HSE and enterprise culture. Among these three tasks, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company put the HSE management system in the fast place,as it is related to the essential issue of the enterprise work safety.
