摘要

The world today is witnessing changes unseen in a century, remarkable among them is the collective rise of developing countries. In this evolv-ing international landscape, what can China and Africa do to achieve mutually benefi-cial common development that reflects and reinforces the dreams of the Chinese and African people? The Forum of China Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) provides the answer. Established in 2000 and aimed at promot-ing common development, the FOCAC is a strong testimony to the close, resilient friendship between Africa and China.
