摘要

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a clinically common arrhythmia,which is prone to cerebral infarction and heart failure.Radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)is currently considered the standard first-line treatment.During RFCA,cells are dehydrated and necrotized through heat,thereby achieving pulmonary electrical isolation;patients may experience pain and discomfort in the process.Usually,intravenous pain medications,such as fentanyl and midazolam,are required.Traditionally,acupuncture can relieve analgesia;partially or completely replacing anesthesia with acupuncture is called acupuncture anesthesia.Although this technique has prevailed in the 1970s,it has progressed slowly.In recent years,there have been new explorations and applications in minimally invasive interventions,with good results.
