【正】 QUESTION:I’m the general manager of a U.S. company. In this spring, we established a Sino-foreign contractual joint venture in a certain district of Beijing. But the joint venture had a heavy deficit in the first year. We all think the site for business operation of the joint venture is an adverse factor. So we decide to move the site for business operation of the joint venture to another district of Beijing. But we don’t know what documents are needed to obtain approval for shanging site of joint ventures.
