摘要

<正>Great progress was achieved in CSRm vacuum system in the year of 2004. All of the components have been fixed to the system. After mechanic adjustment, baking-out on line, average vacuum degree of CSRm was up to better than 5×10-10 Pa. In this paper, the mechanic installation and adjustment, fix of baking system, process of pumping and result are introduced.
