Language use is a psychological process of social intentionality. The hypothetical recursion of its formal structure is bounded by the finiteness of functionality where state of redundancy and ambiguity contradict each other under linguistic continuity and constancy. An efficacy model is proposed here to examine the central limit of transitional state of intentionality and skewness of definite and infinite indictors of significance.
