Several studies have focused on the clinical assessment of severity, prevention, treatment, and outcome of stroke through the stroke scales[1-2],such as the Essen Stroke Risk Score (ESRS),ABCD2 Scorc and CHADS2 Score. However, these rating scales cannot provide satisfactory sensitivity and specificity[1-2].Previous relevant studies have never been able to achieve a unified conclusion regardless of retrospective or prospective studies. Therefore,a periodic cycle was created, namely, the sure negation negation of negation. For the emergence of this phenomenon, some believed that the subjects included in the study were a single population and that the selected sample size was not large enough[3];however,others attributed this result to potential confounders and inconsistent baseline levels[1,4].
