This essay tries to, from the eco-feminism perspective, criticize the male oppression toward the female and nature, analyze the crisis of the male rule caused by the resistance from the nature and women in Hemingway’s The short happy life of Francis Macomber, and advocate the harmonious co-existence between man and nature, men and women.
