<正>Dear Editor,Iam Yoon Jin Kong from the Department of Ophthalmology,Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital,Bucheon,Korea.Herein,we describe a series of three patients with active Graves'ophthalmopathy(GO)who presented with epiphora caused by swollen caruncles whose symptoms improved after surgical excision of the caruncles.
