摘要

It is generally agreed in the educational circles that the success of teaching lies largely in students * active participation and the due respect for their personalities, and that is where individualized teaching comes into play. This article attempts to introduce some related concepts in individualized teaching, its characteristics and advantages and the design principles of the individualized teaching mode.
