Dear Editor,XEN Gel Stent 45 gm (Allergan Pic, Irvine, CA, USA) is a minimally-invasive procedure in glaucoma surgery perceived to reduce the risk of postoperative hypotony while sufficiently lowering the intraocular pressure (IOP) and requiring less topical antiglaucoma medications postoperatively.
