After two years’ service, Song Chengxian(宋承宪), a Korean star, quitted the army at the end of last year. Song said that he very much missed the days in the army, especially the mess(伙食). "In recent years the mess in the army has improved a lot, so I seldom eat snacks during my service. I remember that when I first joined the army, I suddenly became a big eater and soon gained quite some weight. " Song said. When talking of his feeling as a soldier, Song Chengxian said, "Life in the army is hard, but it is my most precious experience and it helps to make me a true man." Song also apologized for once escaping service in the army and hoped to be pardoned for his silly behaviour.
