The aim of this paper is to discuss the concept of electronic voting (e-voting) in Polish legal system with particular emphasis on conclusions delege lata and de lege ferenda in respect of the discussed subject. Theresearch methodology assumes the use of in particular, an analyticalmethod, consisting, inter alia, in the analysis of legal regulations. Resultsand findings point that so far e-voting has not been yet introduced (eitheron the constitutional or the statutory level) in Poland.
