为更好地模拟乳化沥青冷再生混合料现场压实工况,采用垂直振动成型方法( VVTM)对冷再生混合料进行压实,验证了方法的可靠性.对比研究了VVTM和马歇尔法对乳化沥青冷再生混合料物理和力学特性的影响.结果表明,VVTM试件力学强度与现场芯样的相关性高达94.8%,马歇尔试件的相关性不足60%.与现行方法的成型试件相比,VVTM成型试件的最佳含水率降低10%,最大干密度提高1.8%~2.3%,乳化沥青最佳用量降低7%~10%,力学性能提高32%以上,说明VVTM比马歇尔法更适于评价乳化沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能. decreases by 7%~10%,and the mechanical performance is improved by 32% at least.
