摘要

With the continuous development of landscape design,landscape materials are also constantly enriched.The application and development of stone as an ancient material is constantly developing with the human’s increasing understanding on landscapes.Through investigating the application of stone materials in the landscape industry,this paper finds that the application of stone is mostly in the field of architecture and that the standard reference for the field of landscape garden is not perfect.Therefore,this paper takes Liberation Park in Wuhan for example to investigate and study the application of stone in landscape design,which can provide useful guidance for more scientific and rational selection of stone materials in the process of landscape design and construction.
