Chinese Premier Li Keqiang paid an official visit to Croatia in April, and attended the eighth leaders’ meeting of China and Central and Eastern European Countries in the Croatian seaside city Dubrovnik. During Li’s visit, the two countries signed a range of cooperation deals in several areas, and the Year of Tourism between China and Croatia was also inaugurated. Accompanied by Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, Li also inspected the project of the Peljesac Bridge, the largest-ever infrastructure cooperation project between the two countries. Under the framework of the Belt and Road Imitative, the two countries are hitting the fast lane of cooperation.
