摘要

As the influence of English as a world language is becoming very powerful,many researchers have focused on the rela tionship between the financial condition of the student family and English proficiency.Consequences were very significant:the im pact of family economic conditions on children's English academic achievement is very critical.An alternative to problem-solving is the provision of various training programs that can improve a teacher's English skills.
