目的:找出有效提高军队院校食堂食品留样质量的方法措施。方法:通过对军队院校食堂留样情况检查、总结、分析,找出军队院校食堂食品留样问题所在,制定相应措施, 通过对比措施实施前后留样情况,观察措施是否有效。结果:通过相对应实施办法,留样质量的总合格率分别由 75.5%、71.1%、65.2% 提升到 95.6%、97.8%、97.0%,整改举措有效。结论:通 过指定专人负责,定期学习培训,强调留样工作的重要性,配齐留样设施,加大检查力度,可显著提高留样的质量和合格率。 objective: to find out the effective methods and measures to improve the quality of food samples in canteens of military academies. Methods: by checking, summarizing and analyzing the sample retention situation in the canteens of military colleges and universities, the problems of food sample retention in the canteens of military colleges and universities were found out and corresponding measures were formulated. By comparing the sample retention situation before and after the implementation of the measures, the effectiveness of the measures was observed. Results: through the corresponding implementation method, the total qualified rate of retention sample quality increased from 75.5%, 71.1% and 65.2% to 95.6%, 97.8% and 97.0%, respectively. The rectification measures were effective. Conclusion: the quality and qualified rate of retention samples can be improved significantly by assigning special persons to take charge, regularly learning and training, emphasizing the importance of sample retention work, coordinating sample retention facilities and intensifying inspection.
