Early Life 亚历克斯·霍诺德从小爱攀岩.他从11岁开始,连续7年,每周要花6天时间在攀岩馆训练自己的攀岩技巧和体能. Honnold was born in Sacramento, California, the son of community college professors Dierdre Wolownick and Charles Honnold. Honnold's climbing career began whenhe was about 5 and he would scale the kitchen fridge before moving on to the roof of the house. He became a regular at the climbing gym by age 10. As a teen, he competed in many national and international youth climbing championships.
