摘要

At the end of each year, it is customary to look back and assess what happened over the previous twelve months. SpecificaUy. what was good and what went wrong. We at C1B are evaluating and appraising too. It is fair to say that in China little went wrong in an economic sense. Furthermore, the Central Government is well aware of any shortcomings and is taking measures on a regular basis to improve the situation.
