摘要

Foreign languages' teaching is very common in China today. And it is developing quickly.In order to teach foreign languages more effectively, we should have lots of qualified FL teachers and the teachers should have some special training .How should FL teachers be trained? What should a teacher training program look like? The language knowledge and teaching skills, which one is more important?
