摘要

In this paper,a fractional wave equation is considered.The equation is obtained from the classical wave equation by replacing the second-order time derivative with fractional derivative of order α(1 ＜ α ≤ 2).An implicit difference scheme is presented.It is shown that the method is unconditional stable and the convergence order of the method is O(τ2 + h2).Finally,a numerical example is given.
